Because of the nature of A Touch of Moxy’s products + services, all sales are considered final and are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. However, our intention during times of loss + grief is to be as supportive as possible, so if a product- or service-related issue arises, please reach out to us at support@atouchofmoxy.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you’ve hit purchase too soon and need to make changes and/or cancel your order, we’ll accept your request via email and you won’t be charged. But you’ll need to act quickly (within 24 hours)—if you wait too long and the product has already been customized for you or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel.
